Designer
You will be responsible for the following comprehensive design work to enhance the client's brand value
- Package Design
- Package design involves participation from product development to maximize the appeal of the product. Our ability to lead our clients to success is tested by our design ability to approach consumers directly.
- Graphic Design
- Our graphic design work ranges from CI-VI to advertising, SP, and more. A unique view of the world, a bird's eye view, and the ability to understand are required.
- Digital Design
- Planning, design and management of websites and design of web advertisements. You will establish new technology and new design with digital contents that have unlimited possibilities.
- Space Design
- Conceptual interior design of commercial and other facilities. This work involves marketing knowledge and an understanding of strategy to achieve space planning with optimum sensitivity and functionality.
We desire someone with logical and beautiful expression who can open up the design field as required by the times.

Director
The Director of Hermes will lead the team as the general manager of all work including package design, graphic design, web design, space design, etc., and will promote the following tasks.
- New customer development sales
- Business model validation
- Obtaining a job
- Confirm the purpose, requests, budget, and schedule of the work from the client
- Planning, selecting effective media, and presenting estimates and schedules
- Selection of optimal production members
- Information sharing and direction to in-house designers
- Direction to photographers, copywriters, and illustrators
- Design quality check before proposal
- Design presentation to clients
- Production supervision until design completion through good communication with clients
- Proposals and estimates for media development, printed matter, space creation, event implementation, etc.
- Schedule and quality control until delivery
- Issuing invoices and managing payments
- Verification of work results and confirmation and improvement of client satisfaction
- Building branding that accelerates client growth and leads to the next stage

Base salary: ¥199,768/month
