"Thick-cut Pork Ginger" from its series of delicious snacks that go well with lemon sours.

Thickly sliced pork thigh meat is marinated in a special soy sauce with ginger flavor
and carefully grilled over an open flame,
and the synergistic effect of lemon sour enhances the aroma of ginger.
