I have created a menu for Fumiya,
a long-established udon restaurant in Kyoto founded in 1946.
Fumi-ya's dashi, made with generous amounts of carefully selected ingredients,
has a gentle, simple flavor that permeates the udon noodles and the chef's proudly handmade ingredients.
The menu design was created with a layout that leaves room for
white space and a warm tone,
aiming to create a familiar menu that is "typical of Fumiya."
