We created a seasonal menu for "Shabu Shabu Onyasai."
"Negi Tongue Shabu" is characterized by fragrant sesame oil and a rich, flavorful broth,
and "Mala Tang Shabu" is addictive with its spiciness
and numbing taste from a variety of spices.
These two shabu shabu menus are perfect for early summer,
and each has its own unique character.
We paid particular attention to the overall design of the menu,
so as to fully convey the appeal of the visuals, textures, and flavors.
