We had the pleasure of designing the seasonal summer menu for Shabu-Shabu On-Yasai.
Featuring the refreshing and delicate flavors of
“Refreshing Shabu-Shabu Summer Pufferfish” made with Hokkaido-caught pufferfish,
and “Yamagata Megumi Pork Shabu-Shabu with
Summer Vegetables and Five Select Broths,”
which highlights the pork with a variety of seasonal vegetables.
Both dishes showcase the appeal of the ingredients while offering
rich nutrition perfect for the summer season.
To capture the sense of freshness and depth of flavor, we paid special
attention to the overall design of the menu.
